I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Shades Blinds. The whole process was very straight forward from start to finish. Right from the day I made the appointment on the website up to the day my blinds were fitted, everything went perfectly.

I think my Day & Night blinds are the best value for money on the market today and the quality really is excellent. I love them and knowing they were made right here in Scotland is just great. Some of my neighbours have already commented on how great they look.

Shades after-care was second to none as well, as I had a problem when the chain slipped from the runner and I couldn’t get the bedroom blind up or down, all it took was one phone call to their customer service department and they arranged for the fitter to come out the next day and he sorted it within two minutes.

And may I add the customer service was brilliant as was the lad who fitted my blinds, he was very courteous and attentive and new exactly what he was doing. A 10 out of 10 all the way from me for Shades – price, quality, customer service and fitting. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else for my blinds from now on and have already recommended them to friends and family.
